home remedies for dry skin

  • Dry skin is problem that a lot of women are dealing with. It is usualy cause by the weather, a sickness or a genetic factor. Although the factors are diffrent, the solution most of the time suits everyone. As i always tell my friends, or girls asking me about a beauty issue, “Never use products that contain a lot of chemicals”. Honestly, because it will bring damage to you instead of fixing the problem. Today i would like to share with you some remedies that you can make by yourself at home with lowest price ever. These remedies are the onces i used and i am still using personally.
  1. Milk or yogurt:   yogurt and milk are known of their benifits to dry skin, dry hair or any dry organ LOL :D. The beautiful thing about milk and yogurt , is that can be used or with other ingredients. it is really up to you. I suggest that you mix them with blended oats. Apply the mixture to you skin and leave for 30min then wash with cool water. Oats are full of vitamins and carbs they will nourish your skin and milk or yogurt will give it a refresh and make it look glowing.
  2. Honey:  Raw honey is just a miracle and a gift from our beloved nature. It pretty much fixes everything. It absorbes bugs , dirt and it cleans the skin. Honey will moisturize your skin like nothing else.  Honey has a goof friend that work fro dry skin as well, it is Olive oil. I suggest that you take one Tbs of raw honey with one Tsp of olive oil. Mix them well , apply the mixture to your dry skin , leave for 30min and then wash with cool water. You can aplly rose water to your skin after washing the mask.
  3. Avocado and olive oil :  Avocado is the moisturizer of all time. People add it to their 100% carbs diet ,  to add some fat to their body and moisturize it. Also, avocado is commonly used in dry hair masks. I’ve adivised you girls to use it in my “best home remedies for dry hair” article.  Now we’re gonna use avocado with olive oil for dry skin. Avocado can be used with coconut oil as well. Take half an avocado , smash it with a folk , add olive or coconut oil to it and apply to your skin. Leave for 30min and wash with cool water.
  4. Sweet Almond oil:   There are two kinds of almonds. Bitter and sweet almonds. Both of them are so benefitial, but for a glowing ,deeply cleaned and a smooth skin we’re gonna need sweet almond oil. Sweet almond oil has too many bebefits for skin. It treats Skin rashes, Anti-aging,  it relieves Eczema and psoriasis, removes black cercles, deep cleaner, and a skin smoother oil . Before you go to bed, aplly it to your skin and massage it for 3-4min. Leave it until the morning , then wash it. Your skin will feel flawless, smooth, moisturiszed, and very clean. I suggest  you repeat this 3 times a week.
  5. Coconut oil :  Coconut oil is a wonderful moisturizer. It is used in most of the  treatments and also a good metabolisme booster. It is used in cooking, beauty remedies and also health remedies for curing. People add it to their breakfast or their smoothies. Coconut oil can be used in thousand of ways. You can add it to any other mask or use it they way i recommended you use almond oil above. It gonna give you the best results in a short time.
  6. Aloe vera :  Aloe vera is known around the world for it benefits for hair and skin. hen it comes to the skin, aloe vera is angti-aging, lightens skin , reduces acne and infection, protect from sunlight and finally moisturize. Rub it gently to your skin, leave for 15min to 30 and was with cool water. Apply rose water to your skin if u want.

A little advice to you girls: besides all these homemade remedies , of course you can use a moisturizer. Only make sure it’s silicon free and doesn’t contain a lot of chemicals. I personally don’t use chemical creams and moisturizers it only damages the skin and makes it dryer. Stick to natural remedies, even though their results are slower , but they’re way better and there is no chance they’re gonna hurt your skin.
